Post Christmas, Texas Fun
After Christmas we had a day to recuperate with my mom. We mailed the Christmas presents home, ate lunch out at Casa Maria and then spent the evening on the couch watching Crazy Rich Asians. We needed it! The next day was our last day in Texas. Cheris came down and we took a walk and visited and then drove to Duchman winery where we met Jamey and Jenn and her family. We had a great time visiting and wine tasting and snacking while the kids played outside. When the sunset, we drove over to Wimberley to meet Erin and her kids and Ed and his kids for the Wimberley trail of lights. It was quick but pretty and really nice to see our family and friends. The next morning we loaded up and flew back to Denver for one day of rest before our next holiday family vacation.
