Outdoor Movie at the San Marcos Airport

We had such an amazing time on Tuesday. The city usually offers free movies in the park, but as a special event, they had a movie at the old Confederate Airforce Hangar at our local airport. We packed and a picnic and chairs and blankets and pillows and all headed over there after family happy hour. Martha and Clark came with us. We staked out our spot and followed the kids around as they joined their friends climbing in and over and under old WW2 planes and cars. It was a really unique and special night. We settled down on our blanket around twilight and watched much of the movie. (Planes, Fire and Rescue) We left around 9:45 to try and get a decent nights sleep before horse camp the next morning. It was a wonderful evening!
