Walter Family Reunion

We hosted the Walter Family Reunion at YMCA of the Rockies Estes Park. Because of an unfortunate series of events it had been four years since the last one. (they are supposed to be every two years). Still, we were super happy to have it here in Colorado and at the YMCA. We had a wonderful weekend with a family meeting, dinner and campfire on Friday afternoon, Saturday morning pictures, followed by archery, followed by t-shirt tie dying, ax throwing, lawn games and picnic and Walter Family sing a long at the campfire. Sunday morning we had memorial for Aunt Suzy before saying good bye. The weekend went by super quickly, but we maximized our fun! It was a TON of work, but it was worth it and I think everyone had a good time and liked the location. I had lots of notes and emails saying that they would like to do there every time! I feel like it was a success. It was really a special place to be with our family. I love the Walters. They are really fun!
