Routine

I had to make a list of the kids routines since my moms are going to be keeping the kids this weekend. Since I made it, I thought I'd post it here. Why not? Not fascinating to most, so skip over if you want.
6:15-6:45AM Kids wake. Change diapers and clothes.
7AM Go downstairs and have milk and watch one hour of cartoons. Noggin or Sesame Street. Davis has 1% milk heated in the microwave for 45 seconds in a sippy. Sam has whole milk mixed with 1/8 Kefir yogurt in a sippy. Change Sam's diaper again.
7:30AM Give Davis plain bread or waffle while he watches cartoons. Sam has bread or waffle with peanut butter or eggs and banana. Davis will usually have some if he sees Sam having some.
8AM Independent Play with Toys
9:30 Second milk/yogurt combo for Sam and snack for both kids.
Run Errands or Get out of House option.
11AM Lunch
Noon Put kids to bed. Sam is just now transitioning to one nap so he wants to go down at 11, but I usually try to push it. Unless of course I have to do something big mid day and then I will just let him have two naps at 9:30 and 1.
Lay Sam in crib, turn on white noise, sing.
Warm Davis his milk, put him in bed, shut the door. He won't nap, but he has to stay in his bed and read books for an hour. Sam will nap for two hours.
1PM Get Davis up and let him watch Thomas with a snack.
2ish Sam wakes and has more milk/yogurt combo and snack.
Play time.
3PM Run Errands or Get out of the House option
4PM If staying at home, go outside for bike riding or walk.
5PM Dinner
6PM Go upstairs for Bath. Change boys into jammies. Read books to both in Sam's room, then put Sam down with white noise machine on and song. Then read books to Davis in his bed and then turn on his music, turn off the light and shut the door.
6:30 Kids asleep. Turn on monitors. Drink wine.
Things to note: Sam only gets a paci when he sleeps. Davis needs his lovie to sleep and most of the time in general. Davis doesn't like peanut butter. Sam won't take his milk plain. Sam signs and says words, but you have to pay attention. Davis is not potty trained though you can always ask him. If Sam is crying, he's either hungry or wants to sleep. Or his brother just hit him. Sam has also begun to throw fits. While they are amusing, try to ignore them.
Cheat sheet of Sam's words:
Ah duh/hands waving in the air: All done
Dah!: Yes
cah: Car
Tuck: Truck
Mamma: Up
Mommy: Mommy
Dada: Daddy
Bye-Bye: Phone
Baby: Sam
DayDee: Davis
Cracker: Snack
Cup: Drink
Gook: Milk
AHHHHH!: More
Wee: Slide
