Playdate and update

Hi there. Today we had a new adventure. We went to Kid Town here in Tempe. We met my friend Shana and her little girl Kalli. Davis and Kalli have a little thing going we think. They LOVE each other. We hope they grow up and marry. Not that we are pushing or anything. :) It's been overcast and rainy so we thought that an indoor adventure would be fun. The kids loved it. There were cars that you could pedal "fred flintstone" style and little playrooms all around the outside. There was also an exersaucer so I tried Sam in it. He liked it! I can't believe he's getting so big already!
After the playdate, we drove down the street to our favorite Tempe sushi joint, Sushi Eye and met our husbands for lunch. Michael ended up bringing his whole work crew! It was fun and delicious. Davis loves vegetable tempura and seaweed salad. Then we came home and the kids took long naps. Yay!
As an update, Sam had his four month pediatrician visit on Wednesday. He's 15 and a half pounds and 26 inches. That puts him in 75% for weight and the 90% for height. I went to write that in his baby book and checked to see how that compared to Davis at that age. Turns out that Davis was 16 pounds at his four month visit and 27 inches! My big boy doesn't seem quite so big now. Other than that, he got some shots and was sick yesterday, but seems well today. He got a clean bill of health and the doctor said he was very impressed with his head control and standing ability.
Tonight we start operation cry it out-sleep through the night. Wish us luck. I'm not looking forward to it, but the pediatrician assured me that this was a great age to start it. I'll keep you updated.
