Texas Visit

After our NYC trip, we flew home, picked up Sam the next day, and the following day we flew to Texas to see Davis and my mom. We had a wonderful time on our trip despite the heat. My nephew Kade came and stayed with us and he is such a pleasure to be with. We did two escape rooms, swam in the pool, visited Pinballz Kingdom, ate at Casa Maria, visited on the porch with Jamey, hosted a pool playdate and grill out with Cheris and the kids, visited GG, made home made dairy free banana pudding, saw Shelly King play at Rileys, took walks with my mama, had lunch at Moonshine, got the kids Whataburger, swam some more, saw my sister and gave her a birthday present and spent some quality time with her and attended my cousin Lilly's engagement party. It was a really nice time and so good to be with my family. I was sad Michael couldn't come, but he got so much done around the house while we were gone and the dogs were happy he was there with them.
